Jason has a deep understanding of all facets of mergers and acquisitions and has delivered successful outcomes for international conglomerates, Australian and International listed companies, private companies, private equity, sovereign wealth funds, specialist funds and high net worth individuals.

Before joining 333 Capital, he worked at Macquarie and ANZ Corporate Advisory and spent four years in commercial banking where he was involved in arranging and providing debt funding for institutional and corporate clients.

His numerous engagements have given him exposure to a variety of industries including I.T., professional services, telecommunications, retail, healthcare, aged care, financial institutions, building products, transport and mining services.
