Director, Sydney

Khal is a Director in the Sydney office. Khal has over 15 years of professional experience servicing the middle-market sector in corporate finance, acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising, and financial reporting.

Prior to joining 333 Capital, Khal was with KPMG Australia�s Deal Advisory team, focusing on providing M&A services to mid-market and mid-cap companies across a variety of industries. 

Khal has also spent time with Constellation Software Inc. (TSX:CSU) as the lead M&A for its construction verticals as well as PwC Corporate Finance Canada, BDO Corporate Finance Canada, and Macquarie Capital focusing on mergers and acquisitions and capital advisory services for middle-market companies

Khal additionally has extensive experience in principal investment transactions, leverage and management buy-out transactions, mergers & acquisitions, debt raising, and equity raising (IPOs and follow-on).
